Monty Little, President

J.M. (Monty) Little, BSc founder of Syndel, is a highly respected, experienced business person and community leader.  Monty’s strategic foresight and depth of knowledge of the aquaculture industry has positioned Syndel as a world leader in aquatic animal health and reproduction.  His degree in Chemistry and Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the University of British Columbia have taken him from key positions in leading multinationals to an entrepreneurial career spanning forty-five years including over twenty five years with Asian experience.  Monty has been active on numerous boards, past Chair of the Science Council of British Columbia and is a current Director of Discovery Parks Inc. and Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre.
