Section III - HEALTH & FIRST AID INFORMATION

INHALATION: There is no evidence of adverse effects from inhalation of   this product. Remove to fresh air.  Get medical attention for any breathing   difficulty.

INGESTION: There is no evidence of adverse effects of this product. If large amounts were swallowed, get medical advice.

SKIN CONTACT: There is no evidence of skin irritation either for intact or abraded skin from contact with. If contact does occur the affected area should be washed with soap and water. Get medical advice if irritation develops.


EYE CONTACT:  Wash thoroughly with running water.  Get medical advice if irritation develops.


EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE: Inhalation of dust may cause mild irritation to mucous membranes, nose and throat.  Symptoms may include coughing, dryness, and sore throat.  Ingestion: very large doses can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and prostration.  Dehydration and congestion occur in most internal organs.   Hypertonic salt solutions can produce violent inflammatory reactions in the gastrointestinal tract.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Wear gloves and protective clothing when using this product.

EYE PROTECTION: Wear eye protection when handling this product. Have eye wash station available.

ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS: Ensure that any leaks or spills are cleaned up.

SPILL OR LEAK PRECAUTIONS: Do not allow to flow into water supplies.  Sweep up and containerize for reclamation or disposal.  Vacuuming or wet sweeping may be used to avoid dust dispersal.

WASTE DISPOSAL: May usually be disposed of in landfill depending upon quantity. Seek the advice of a professional disposal service. Ensure disposal method complies with local, provincial and federal regulations governing disposal.
