RECOMMENDED DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION METHOD

Hyperox Disinfection Program

1. Dry cleaning.

Physically remove all organic matter. Empty all troughs, mangers, racks and other feeding and watering devices.

2. Clean all surfaces using detergent.

3 Terminal disinfection using Hyperox.

Application rates and methods

Routine disinfection of hard non-porous surfaces (floors, walls concrete, plastic, stainless steel, glass, enamel surfaces, tile …. 4 ml/L or 1:256 (1/2 ounce per US gallon) Using a pressure washer or mechanical sprayer, saturate surfaces with the solution at a rate of 300 ml/m3.
Disinfection of equipment (buckets, utensils …. 8 ml/L or 1:128 (1 ounce per US gallon) Allow disinfectant solution to remain in contact with the equipment for at least 10 minutes. Rinse all equipment thoroughly prior to use.
Disinfection of foot and wheel dips 8 ml/L or 1:128 (1 ounce per US gallon) Boots and wheels should be immersed for at least one minute. Change foot or wheel dips' solution daily or when soiled.
Disinfection of water systems 4 ml/L or 1:256 (1/2 ounce per US gallon) Drain system and fill with the solution for a 10 minute contact time. Drain and flush the water lines with clean water after disinfecting.
Fogging 100 ml/L or 1:10 (12.5 ounce per US gallon) Use thermal or mechanical fogging equipment and apply at the rate of 15 ml/m3. Leave premises for 30 minutes, ventilate for 30 to 60 minutes before re-entry.
PRESENTATION Hyperox is a liquid available in 5 litre and 20 litre containers.
COMPOSITION Hyperox contains 5% peracetic acid in 25% hydrogen peroxide with a surfactant
STABILITY & STORAGE Stable if kept in a dry, cool, well ventilated area.  Ensure product is stored in the original vented container with the cap vent unblocked.  Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes. 
  • Keep product away from sources of heat and combustible materials. 
  • Do not inhale vapours or mists. 
  • Wear appropriate clothing, gloves and eye protection when handling this product.
