Help with Syndel's Online Shop

We have attempted to keep our shop as simple as possible.  There are two price lists.  The Canadian$ price list is intended for customers residing in and having product shipped within Canada.  All others should use the US$ price list.

To find the desired product you can either use the product search engine to search by product code or product name/description.  Text search is a free form search that may also turn up products of interest.

Products are listed by categories on the right hand side of the screen.  There are two levels to each product category.

Once you find the product you are interested appearing on the main screen, it will list the sizes and prices that are available.  When you move the mouse cursor over any of the listing they will become highlighted and when entered will bring up additional information or more links to the product.  At any time that there is a box and add button next to a product you can enter an ordered item into your shopping basket.

Throughout the shop there are shopping cart, checkout, home, back and help links.  Most of these are self-explanatory.  Move throughout the shop choosing products to add to your shopping cart.  If you change your mind click on shopping cart link and remove the item.  Until you follow the checkout steps nothing is firm.

Once you are completed your shopping, click on the checkout link and follow the directions for either credit card purchase or an account purchase (if you are an established client).  

You will be notified as soon as possible (usually the same business day) the delivery charges and delivery status.
