2004 FUN RUN

The 3rd Annual Syndel Fun Run will be held in Campbell River BC on September 30, 2004 at the Aquaculture Pacific Exchange Conference and Exposition.

The following programs were developed by the Sports Medicine Council of BC.  They are set up to assist people in training for a 10 k walk or run.  You should not start these programs if you have any medical problems or questions, without first consulting your doctor.

Our run/walk will be only 5 k, so these programs will put you in great shape for maximum performance and fun!

The week of July 5^th will be week 1 of the program.
